We believe in the power of listening to transform lives and improve society

We believe better listening practices can benefit everyone – of all ages and from all walks of life.

We’re working to create a world where listening is valued as a cornerstone for inclusion, creativity, and social transformation – a society where the simple yet profound act of listening transforms the way we communicate and collaborate, but we can’t do it alone.

How we work

We deliver our own listening-based activities and partner with charities, professionals and others to bring the benefits of better listening to all. Together we help people from all walks of life to express themselves in new ways, finding their voice and building confidence and agency. 

We also support professionals, in health, education and other sectors, who are seeking to cultivate deeper listening practices, helping them to listen better to those they support and care for.
